Due to the perishable nature of food, we can only accept returns on unopened and non-perishable items in their original packaging.

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original retail packaging and include a copy of your receipt or the RMA form inside the box.
Receive Refund
