Envinate 'La Santa de Ursula' Tinto

Envínate La Santa de Úrsula is a vivid, volcanic expression of Tenerife’s northeast coast, and a newer, exciting addition to the Envínate lineup.

Sourced from La Carujera in the Tacoronte-Acentejo appellation, it blends fruit from three parcels of 100+ year-old vines rooted in sandy clay over red basalt, between 350 and 650 metres above sea level.

The wine is led by Listán Negro around and Negramoll with a splash of Listán Blanco, partially whole-cluster fermented in cement and aged in small neutral oak. It’s energetic and precise, showing fresh red fruit, smoky mineral depth, dried herbs and a savoury, Atlantic-tinged finish.
